Key Records Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in modernising the records management system for a council in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for redesigning the Business Classification Scheme, developing a new Security Scheme, and implementing Microsoft Teams integration with Content Manager.

Requirements

This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of best practice records management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Content Manager System Administrator
  • Proven track record in developing Business Classification Schemes and Security Schemes
  • Experience with registration templates and system configuration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration into Content Manager
  • Strong understanding of records management standards and compliance requirements

The contract details are as follows:

  • Duration: ASAP start - 6 months
  • Location: Sydney North Shore
  • Rate: Competitive hourly rate
