Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role as a Business Development Specialist with TeamViewer. You will be working in our Adelaide office, interacting with key decision makers to generate new business opportunities and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Penetrate, profile, qualify, and schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision makers
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals while delivering a high quantity of well-qualified sales opportunities and appointment setting
  • Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency
  • Utilize CRM extensively to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects
  • Coordinate appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise verticals
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in sales or a sales development representative role
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Able to build and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales techniques and strategies
  • Able to work autonomously but contribute to a larger team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (advantageous)
