Ebcon is seeking a physically fit leader to join the team on local government projects, working on various civil construction and maintenance tasks across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small crew on concreting projects and other smaller jobs, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of WHS policies and procedures

  • Ability to operate heavy machinery, such as excavators
