**Harrison Barratt Group is a leading Labour Hire & White Collar Recruitment company based in Sydney's CBD Due to high demand and expanding growth, we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors with a proven work history in the industry to join our team across NSW.**

**About the Company**:
Our client is a well-established, diversified civil engineering contractor based in Sydney. their projects cover the full range of civil contracting, including roadworks, bridges, excavation, concrete structures and sewer & water infrastructure works. The location of our projects is predominantly in Sydney.

Due to their current and anticipated workload, we are looking to employ an experienced civil works site manager. You should have solid experience in the industry and show a high level of understanding of OH&S, Quality Assurance, and all aspects of civil contracting. You will be expected to independently manage site activities, including subcontractors, machinery and our own labour force. The ability to read plans and undertake level surveys and checks is a prerequisite.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise civil construction projects, including roads (RMS), bulk earthworks, utilities, and related infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design plans, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager and Directors.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labour, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is performed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and construction crews to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations on all projects.
- Oversee a team of 10-15 men

**Essentials**:

- 5 years experience as a Civil Supervisor
- Strong Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practice
- Experience in managing various civil projects including roads, bulk earthworks and utilities
- Experience leading teams of 10 men+
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and drawings
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations within the construction
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
- willingness to provide police screen
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management preferred

**On Offer**:

- Full-time Permanent position with ongoing work
- Salary between $120k-$150k + Super (Depending on experience)
- Ute provided
