Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing financial operations.

The Role
  • Maintain effective internal control frameworks to protect financial data integrity and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with finance staff and cross-functional teams to uphold financial discipline and drive process improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial, accounting, and legal principles, requirements, practices, and procedures.
  • Degree qualified, plus CPA or CA qualified, with proficiency in AASB.
  • Thorough understanding of business finances and levers, with ability to translate into practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft accounting software (Dynamics 365) and associated platforms.
  • Experience in change management and ERP system implementation.
