We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to lead our financial function and contribute to the organisation's growth and development.

About the Role

This is an executive leadership position that will take full responsibility for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee a high-performing finance team and play a critical role in shaping the organisation's long-term financial roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business growth and expansion.
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, performance analysis, and financial modelling to drive sustainable profitability and optimise resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams to ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage external audit activities and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Provide commercial and strategic input to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of senior finance experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in a related industry with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proven background in financial services and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and enterprise systems.
  • CA or CPA qualified, with a Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or accounting.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
