Job Title: Laboratory Coordinator

Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating daily scheduling for field testers and contractors in a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sampling and testing of concrete and construction materials, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers to ensure tests align with relevant standards and frequencies.
  • Maintain quality and accreditation standards by following established procedures and systems.
  • Support technical reporting, including signing off on test reports.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in construction materials testing.
  • Strong leadership attributes including good people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with AS/TfNSW standards and NATA requirements (desirable).
  • Experience with concrete allocation and lab systems.
  • Cert IV/Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (advantageous).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
