Administrative Assistant Scheduling Role

This is a full-time temporary position in Sydney, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Phone Call Management and List Administration
  • Scheduling Coordination for Drug and Alcohol Testing Jobs
  • Live Schedule Adjustments as Required
  • Supply Chain Management for Collectors
  • Roster Planning for Paramedics
  • On-Call Roster Support for Collectors
  • Travel Arrangements Booking
  • Schedule Requests from Clients and Confirmations
  • Operational Queries and Invoice Assistance

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • A Proactive Mindset with Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Proven Experience in Administration
  • Organizational, Prioritization, and Efficiency Proficiency
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Attention to Detail
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency, Especially Excel Functions and Word Templates
  • Ability to Take on Additional Responsibilities
  • Autonomy and Efficiency
  • At Least Five Years of Administration and/or Customer Service Experience
  • Healthcare Organisation Experience Is Advantageous but Not Essential
  • Database Administration Experience
