Test Automation Specialist

Are you a skilled Test Automation Specialist looking for a challenging role in creating new automated tests and testing new functionality during sprints? We're seeking an outstanding individual to join our Technology team, working on developing test automation suites, performing regression testing and collaborating with project teams to tailor service support options to meet project requirements.
- We're looking for someone with hands-on manual testing experience, test automation suite development skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction, as well as the following expertise:
- Planning, coordinating and reporting on test efforts for projects
- Expertise using Behaviour-Driven Development frameworks based on Cucumber
- Automation tools such as Selenium and Capybara for UI interfaces, Mongoid for data handling, contract testing etc.
- Programming expertise in Ruby and Java
- Experience in using databases - RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Mongo
- Experience in the Insurance industry, specifically Claims management - a strong preference for experience on GuideWire ClaimCentre
