About the role

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Care Services Consultant** to join our team. This key role focuses on coordinating and scheduling in-home care services for clients, ensuring all rostered shifts are effectively covered. You'll be the friendly and professional point of contact for clients, support workers, and stakeholders, helping deliver high-quality services across our community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate client services efficiently and within required timeframes
- Manage rostering tasks with attention to detail and urgency
- Support compliance across service delivery areas
- Liaise with clients and staff to resolve issues promptly using exceptional customer service skills
- Maintain a high standard of administrative support

**What We're Looking For**:

- Essential Criteria:_
- Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role (or similar)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to thrive in a small team and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of aged care and disability services, including the needs of clients, families, and carers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
