Your Role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the resort's reputation and profitability. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated professionals across various departments, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. You will maintain and improve operational efficiency while upholding luxury standards, manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and the local community.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require 5 years+ of experience in luxury hotel, experiential property or resort, senior management. You will need strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. You will have exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and guest service skills, and proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
