We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings, cultivating strong relationships with owners and committees, delivering exceptional customer service, leading meetings, preparing accurate budgets and agendas, applying strata legislation, and overseeing maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate will be a true problem solver, able to deliver solutions, have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager, knowledge of commercial portfolios, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in strata management, preferably with a commercial portfolio
  • Knowledge of strata legislation and by-laws
