We are seeking a dedicated Strata Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings and providing exceptional customer service.

Your key duties will include:

Cultivating Relationships

Nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.

Delivering Customer Service

Providing high-quality customer service in any situation.

Leading Meetings

Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.

Preparing Documents

Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of specialized departments.

Applying Legislation

Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.

Overseeing Maintenance

Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager
  • Some knowledge of commercial portfolios
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
