Enterprise Customer Retention Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Retention Specialist who can communicate effectively in business Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in SaaS sales, account management and customer success.

The role requires maintaining an understanding of product updates and new offerings so that improvements can be translated to increase customers' awareness of the product portfolio and SaaS solutions. This will drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in the China market.

  • You will manage a high-volume of sales opportunities through different platforms and products in the China market
  • You will oversee renewals across differing engagement models (subscription renewal outreach, proactive cloud migration outreach, expansion outreach)
  • You will increase customer awareness of the product portfolio to find opportunities for platform migrations and up-selling during the renewals cycle
  • You will maintain an understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to customers as you build relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle
Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enterprise software sales, account management and customer success experience
  • Sales opportunity pipeline management and forecasting using CRM skills
  • A consultative approach to engage customers and discover new opportunities
  • Collaboration with internal and external parties to reduce churn and expand customer base experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or renew customers in the SaaS industry
  • Mandarin Fluency in Business/Sales Language
  • Experience working with customers across the China Market
