Financial Professional

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking finance professional with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting to join our team.

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger entries, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Issue invoices, reconcile bank statements, and identify discrepancies to uphold financial accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Generate insightful financial reports and analyses for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide critical support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor and track expenses, review employee expense reports, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Conduct financial and variance analysis to identify trends, offering insights and recommendations to management.
  • Respond to ad-hoc financial information or analysis requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Management:

Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Monitor and track expenses, review employee expense reports, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Communication and Teamwork:

  • Respond to ad-hoc financial information or analysis requests in a timely manner.
Requirements

Mandarin Language Proficiency:

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Accounting Knowledge:

The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
