Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in delivering tailored support for clients with complex needs.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing person-centred care and ensuring positive outcomes.

You will lead behaviour support strategies, mentor staff, and work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion, and well-being.

  • Deliver high-quality support for clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour support and crisis management strategies
  • Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team
  • Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals
  • Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate records
  • E nsure compliance with relevant standards and policies

Essential:

  • Proven experience in disability support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
  • Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience leading complex care reviews
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
