We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to lead multiple sites and drive sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple sites, developing high-performing teams that meet business objectives.
  • Drive sales growth through effective team leadership and coaching, ensuring teams have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals, sharing expertise and best practices to drive results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years multi-site experience as a Regional or Senior Area Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven sales record and experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a focus on driving growth and improvement.
  • Passion for coaching and developing teams, with a commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Experience in recruitment, visual merchandising, stock control, and retail operations, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Performance management experience, with a focus on setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Experience in opening new stores, with a focus on ensuring successful launches.
