What you will be doing Live and breathe Orica's safety values at all times; Lead and motivate a highly skilled team of MMU Operators, Fitters, Yard Keepers; Provide analytical/decision support to Territory Manager on continuous improvement plan; Coordinate logistics of raw materials, equipment, and blast crew to sites within Collinsville; Ensure operational process meets Orica standards and customer's expectations.
