Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to coordinate warehouse operations, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of stock
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring reorder points
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe handling and transport practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a team environment
  • Proficient in computer applications, including inventory management systems and spreadsheet software
  • Current driver's license (unrestricted) and willingness to obtain forklift license
