Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating junior warehouse operators, coordinating daily warehouse operations, and ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and motivate junior warehouse operators to achieve high standards of customer service by providing guidance, support, and coaching.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management, to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met through effective leadership and communication with the warehouse team.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
This role requires previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader, strong leadership and communication skills, and good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage, as well as a valid forklift license and some experience. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills is essential for success in this role.
