We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to patients. As a Therapy Aide, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide interventions that promote patient recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual or group interventions as delegated by an allied health professional or multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide feedback on patient progress and observe/report changes in clinical status to the allied health professional.
- Implement clinical activities under the direction of an allied health professional or multidisciplinary team to meet patient recovery goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with involuntary patients and team members.
- Self-management skills, including time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant applications, including Consumer Integrated Mental Health Application (CIMHA).
- Ability to acquire and apply knowledge to support allied health service provision.
