About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Leader to join our team at CommBank. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic technology leadership to our digital teams, driving the delivery of high-quality technology solutions at scale and pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Digital Product counterpart to define and implement the digital tech roadmap across our mobile and web presence.
  • Define and execute the data strategy to unlock AI and ML capabilities for CommSec.
  • Ensure alignment to reference architecture, enterprise data standards, application simplification and modernisation agendas.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical staff, providing coaching, support and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence and engage with the business, taking them on a tech journey and gaining advocacy and support for the future direction of the product.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software development, web and mobile app development, architecture or data with an understanding of delivery within an SDLC.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with a broad range of tools, languages and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, support and develop technical staff.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders and the business.
