About the Role

S2M Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Media Director to join our prestigious client's team. As the Head of Media, you will play a key role in driving the growth and reputation of the agency, while nurturing relationships with key clients and partners in the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Client Service: As a strategic leader, you will identify and drive growth opportunities with current long-standing clients, ensuring their retention and satisfaction. You will also nurture relationships to ensure agreed media objectives are achieved and high-quality projects are delivered that lead to strengthened relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: With a strong business acumen, you will develop media agreements that align with all clients' objectives. You will drive the set up and onboarding of new clients, ensuring that all credit application and SLAs are established before work commences. You will be responsible for monitoring all financial management and ensuring all margin and revenue opportunities are maximized.
  • People Leadership: As a people leader, you will be skilled in managing up and down. You will work alongside your team, educate and coach them to grow and develop their skills across all aspects of marketing and media.
Requirements
  • You have at least 8+ years of experience focused on client leadership and media strategy with qualifications in a relevant field.
  • You have both online and offline media experience.
  • You are a proven team manager with strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • You have experience in the advertising for residential and commercial property market.
  • You are proactive and inspiring while also being analytical and results-oriented.
