About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Leader to join our team at Commonwealth Bank. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior digital leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital transformation initiatives

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
