Job Summary

Civil construction projects require skilled site supervisors to lead teams and ensure successful project outcomes. As a civil site supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage site safety, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to read and interpret plans, set levels, and operate lasers to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil construction or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of WH&S requirements and standards.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
