International Construction Project Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our team in Australia. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable international experience and contribute to complex and innovative projects.

As a Construction Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supervising a specific worksite area and working closely with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and more. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, defining material needs, monitoring construction progress, participating in financial management, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and coordinate subcontractors on your perimeter;
  • Define and ensure the supply of material needs of your perimeter;
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure the smooth running of the work;
  • Participate in the financial management of the project;
  • Monitor daily costs of all time-dependent elements on the project and implications;
  • Undertake cost controlling and estimating as required;
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in civil engineering or construction;
  • Initial experience in roadworks or civil engineering projects;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • A valid driver's license;
