Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction project manager to lead our successful team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers and contractors
  • Develop and manage project plans and budgets
  • Oversee site teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality results

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 4-8 years' experience in construction project management
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, estimating and programming
