About the RoleAs a project manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of vital capital and infrastructure projects directly supporting healthcare services in a live 24/7 clinical environment. From procurement and design development to construction, contract management, and operational commissioning, you'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical expertise in construction combined with exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Navigating complex operational settings, building trusted relationships with clinicians, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery while minimising disruption to essential health services.
- Leading high-impact projects that directly support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
- Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in a construction-related field with extensive demonstrated experience in construction project management.
- A current driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Experience managing construction projects preferably within healthcare or similar sectors.
- Skilled in stakeholder consultation, risk management, and contract administration.
