We are now seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Marine Construction Professionals eager to explore a career opportunity with CPM.

If you have experience in breakwater construction, foreshore protection, and/or landside civil infrastructure working in a client-side capacity, we would welcome your enquiry. All conversations are strictly confidential.

Relevant project experience is the key requirement; however, if you have Engineering qualifications in Civil or Coastal disciplines, even better.

**Key Requirements Include**:

- Professionally represent CPM in all matters to successfully deliver the consulting services in line with CPM’s and the client’s company policy and plans
- Undertake the project role in a diligent and professional manner that serves the best interest of the project, client and CPM.
- Actively, regularly and often communicates with client
- Skills and experience in early project phases of Client Brief Development, Feasibility, Business Case; to project planning & design team management; through to project delivery and contract superintendency.
- Implementing compliance with CPM, Client, and legislative systems and policies on Projects
