
Driving People Outcomes as a Strategic HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and proactive Senior HR Business Partner who can drive people outcomes across the employee lifecycle. This role is hands-on, requiring someone who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising and partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leading talent development, coaching, and career progression initiatives.
- Driving organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations and performance.
- Championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
- Using HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions and track workforce metrics.
- Leading HR projects to strengthen employee experience and company culture.
- Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
- Proven experience managing Employee Relations.
- Knowledge of relevant employment law across jurisdictions.
- Hands-on use of HRIS and HR analytics tools.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech or gaming environments highly regarded.
