FinTech Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the FinTech market.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new prospects
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier companies
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate new leads
  • Collaborate with experienced National Account Managers to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in the FinTech industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
