Learning Facilitator

At Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation, we are committed to ensuring our people have a great experience. As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in developing structured product and professional sales Learning programs to increase the capability of our internal and external distribution network.
The primary focus of this role is to assist with the creation and delivery of engaging and effective Learning content to a diverse audience. This includes planning, coordinating, and delivering product, application, and sales Learning throughout Australia, as well as organizing and facilitating regular store staff product Learning sessions.
You will also be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of the Learn & Earn Milwaukee online learning platform for end users, identifying and implementing opportunities for Milwaukee to improve its quality of training, and developing and maintaining e-learning content through Company LMS.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and delivering training content, taking ownership, building relationships with external stakeholders, and taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
