We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Practitioner to join our team at the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO). - Learning Program Development: Support the design, development, and facilitation of evidence-based learning strategies and solutions that align with ASIO's Learning and Development Strategy.
- Project Administration: Contribute to project administration and ensure prompt and effective responses to learning and development requests.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and development of curriculum and program content, ensuring alignment with best practice and workplace needs.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and liaison skills, combined with a collaborative style of working that enables effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Learning and Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating adult education learning solutions and programs that meet organisational needs.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Possess an innovative and adaptive mindset, with a willingness to leverage data-driven insights to inform and enhance learning and development initiatives.
- Facilitation and Consultation Skills: Possess strong facilitation, consultation, and influencing skills, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to gain agreement, explore alternatives, and deliver effective learning solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary, including a 7.5 per cent allowance for maintaining a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance.
