Residential Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our residential sales team as a Residential Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners in your assigned territory and promoting our ultra-fast fiber internet services through door-to-door sales and local outreach.

About the Role:

  • You will spend most of your day walking around your designated area to connect with homeowners and showcase the benefits of our high-speed internet services.
  • You will need to have excellent communication skills to build trust and establish long-term relationships with our customers.
  • This is an active, on-your-feet role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hitting the pavement – expect to walk 3-5 miles a day to connect with homeowners in your assigned territory.
  • Knocking doors and closing deals – you'll be in the field daily from 2 PM – 7 PM.
  • Working one Saturday a month to support community events, canvassing, or neighborhood installations.
  • Promoting our services to homeowners, building trust, and creating long-term customers.
  • Representing our company with professionalism, energy, and integrity.

  • Proven drive and a self-starter mindset – no one needs to tell you to go.
  • Strong communication and people skills – you're approachable, confident, and persuasive.
  • Physical stamina – this is an active, on-your-feet role.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
