The role of Senior Executive is a key leadership position in the residential building sector. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for leading the marketing and sales functions across various properties.
- This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that continue to build brand awareness.
- Experience in senior executive roles within the residential building sector is essential, along with relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Proven experience creating, developing, implementing, and leading sales/marketing strategies and campaigns is required, as well as expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Collect and analyze customer insights, trends, and market analysis to build successful sales strategies in conjunction with sales teams.
- Lead and guide the product development function within the business.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task are essential, as is excellent leadership qualities, ability to lead, inspire teams, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
