Project Marketing Lead

Job Description

As a Project Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of residential community developments.

You will work closely with project directors, GMs, and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with project objectives and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end project marketing for greenfield/residential community developments
  • Oversight of lead generation, sales conversion, and ROI reporting
  • Management of project marketing budgets and cash-flow accountability
  • Liaising with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Presentation of data-driven insights to inform campaign improvements and optimize marketing spend
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project marketing within land, residential communities or greenfield developments (client-side or agency-side)
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market and sales data and inform campaign improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Desirable: Experience managing direct reports or unofficial leadership/mentorship skills
