The Opportunity

Our customer base is expanding across the eastern seaboard, creating a chance for a Senior Sales Promotion Officer in our Brisbane office.

You will have the flexibility to work from home or the office and receive the necessary training, tools, and support to succeed in this competitive industry.

Annual: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Commission

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality leads using various platforms such as telemarketing, email marketing, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Implement successful marketing and sales strategies to grow MPloy's client base.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand target market trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors to understand MPloy's current market position.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with prospective clients.
  • Perform ongoing marketing activities on social media and professional job networks like LinkedIn to create traction among prospective client segments.
  • Create marketing materials such as sales collateral, flyers, email marketing/presentation templates to promote brand awareness.
  • Weekly reporting and analyzing the efficiency/effectiveness of marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Promotion Officer.
  • Prior experience working in the recruitment/labour hire industry.
  • Good understanding of Award and EBA interpretations and knowledge in OH&S.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge in using Adobe Suites, Canva.
  • Strong desire to succeed and a growing mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Meeting target KPIs set by the direct manager.
  • Legal work rights in Australia.
