- Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations and administration
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules and order processing
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Supply Chain Management
- Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs and farming practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
