We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team at our Kawana office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service during the claims process.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and possess the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for managing claims from beginning to end, working closely with external experts when necessary, and making informed decisions about claim outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from initial contact to resolution, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with external experts, such as loss adjusters and medical professionals, to gather information and make informed decisions about claim outcomes.
- Review reports and documents to ensure accurate and fair claim resolutions.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress and any changes to the claims process.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for improving the claims experience.
