Strategic Learning Leader

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking leader to drive our learning and development strategy.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of organisational effectiveness through cutting-edge learning programs.

You will be pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive people development agenda, collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver a market-leading Learning & Development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct a thorough review of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with senior stakeholders to identify leadership capability gaps.
  2. Design and implement training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture.
  3. Create and deliver high-ROI leadership development programs, drawing on your previous successful experiences.
  4. Develop a strategic L&D roadmap for all employees, focusing particularly on Senior/Executive leadership programs.
  5. Facilitate the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
  6. Lead the enrollment and execution of compliance and professional development programs.
  7. Manage relationships with external providers and industry bodies.
  8. Promote L&D activities, craft strategies to engage employees, and rigorously analyse program effectiveness.
  9. Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.
  11. Exercise strong group facilitation and consultative skills to enhance collaborative learning environments.
