Airport Food Service Supervisor

A leadership role has become available in a dynamic food and beverage environment at Newcastle Airport.
Job Description
- Serve as a supervisor to lead and guide team members on shift, ensuring a clear direction is provided.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food and service quality, meeting the expectations of our customers.
- Assist with staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labour resources effectively.
- Oversee stock, inventory, and cash management, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site policies, and procedures are adhered to.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience, with a minimum of six months.
- Ability to supervise staff, implement leadership skills, and foster a positive work environment.
- Cash, stock, and labour control skills are essential for this role.
- Dispute management and conflict resolution skills are necessary for effective leadership.
- Flexibility across work days and hours is required.
