As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the hiring process, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and developing strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Source, evaluate, and select candidates for open positions
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment decisions and drive business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
