Job Overview

This is an opportunity to join a boutique architecture and interior design practice in Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will be a registered architect with at least 5 years' experience, confident leading projects, coordinating with consultants and clients, and delivering well-documented, design-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through all stages, from concept design to construction.
  • Prepare and deliver development application, tender, and construction documentation packages.
  • Manage coordination between consultants, clients, and contractors.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
  • Present work in design reviews, client presentations, and internal critiques.
  • Support project planning, deliverables with senior oversight.
Requirements
  • Registered Architect in Australia.
  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in practice.
  • Strong design and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Revit (SketchUp and Enscape a bonus).
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Construction Code and local planning policies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
