Pizza Master

We're seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team in Fremantle. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that showcase your culinary expertise.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced kitchens, with skills in dough preparation, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking. A passion for coastal-inspired flavours and a creative approach to menu development are essential for this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to be a team player who is able to work effectively in a busy environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also required.

• 1-2 years' experience in a produce-driven kitchen
• Dough prep, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking skills
• Creative spark and a love for coastal-inspired flavours
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
