About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our team as a Labour Management Specialist. This is a casual position with a 6-month duration, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, at our Noosa site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company collection vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of loads.
  • Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Perform daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Interact with clients, ensuring safe loading and unloading of trucks, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Heavy Rigid (HR) license minimum.
  • Experience in the waste industry, preferably with knowledge of labour management practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
