Public Policy Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our public policy efforts, focusing on advocacy and stakeholder strategy for the residential park and land lease community sector. This is a newly created senior role that will drive implementation of key policy recommendations and represent the industry in government meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a priority policy agenda to improve sector outcomes
- Represent the industry in meetings with government officials and policy makers
- Build strategic alliances with other housing and development organisations to support advocacy efforts
- Retain and grow membership by clearly communicating value and industry benefits
- Bachelor's degree in planning, housing, property, government relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in policy development, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
