Visionary Leader for Service Excellence

About the Role

In this key position, you'll be responsible for leading daily workflows, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your key objectives will include optimizing productivity, ensuring equipment availability, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

You will oversee maintenance and service activities, leveraging your technical expertise to drive operational safety and efficiency. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to the team, addressing technical challenges promptly and allocating resources effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development and Collaboration: Foster a culture of open communication, active engagement, and mentorship to ensure high team performance.
  • Daily Workflow Management: Oversee daily operations, allocate resources efficiently, and address technical challenges promptly to maintain smooth workflow execution.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Implement best practices, monitor team performance, and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Service Activities: Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accurate reporting and tracking, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible for decision-making.
  • KPI Achievement: Regularly review performance metrics, implement strategies to meet targets, and achieve key performance indicators related to operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About You

You're a seasoned professional with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in leading small technical teams in an industrial environment is a plus. Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, and communicate clearly at all levels are essential.

A degree, diploma, or certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field, such as Service Technician Electrical or Mechanical is required. Capability to act as a technical point of contact during escalations and incidents, handling requests from internal and external stakeholders is necessary.
