Job Description:

The role of Technology Visionary requires a seasoned and forward-thinking leader to drive the strategic direction of our Tech division during a period of exponential growth.

We are seeking an innovative and experienced individual who can shape the future of technology and lead a team of dedicated professionals in collaboration with direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals, ensuring seamless integration of technology into operations.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Project Oversight: Drive the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure to support current and future business needs.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality, compliance, and security, aligning with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure, emerging technologies, and Data Governance.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
