We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) SMC Asia based in Sydney. This role will be part of our Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales (DS) business unit, which focuses on driving digital transformation and delivering meaningful impact to customers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to the CVP, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and special events. They will also lead the Asia SMC Business Support community, promoting technology adoption and productivity among team members.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex calendars, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and navigate cultural nuances. As a key partner to the CVP Office team, they will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, customer experience, and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic calendar management, anticipating future needs and prioritizing tasks for the CVP.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external networks, including EAs for Asia Area Vice Presidents and Area SMC Leaders.
  • Leadership of the Asia SMC Business Support community, promoting AI adoption and encouraging productivity.
  • Orchestration of key Asia-wide administrative tasks, such as distribution list management and organizational chart updates.
  • Active participation in the Asia-wide and Global Business Support community, showcasing cultural awareness and appreciation.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, partnering closely with other CVP Office team members on recruitment, onboarding, customer experience, and operations.
  • Event coordination and logistics management for signature events.
  • Project ownership, balancing multiple complex projects and timelines.
  • Resource management, including expense tracking and budget reporting.
  • Rhythm of Business management, building and managing the annual ROB in partnership with the Chief of Staff and CVP Office team.
  • Travel management, coordinating global travel arrangements and itineraries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an executive-level environment.
  • Experience supporting APAC region and/or global teams.
  • Gravitas to build relationships at senior levels across multiple geographies and business areas.
  • Ability to align and motivate the EA community in ANZ and APAC.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology).
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years' experience serving as a mentor or supervisor to others.
  • 5+ years' experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets.
