Information Exchange Team Leader

The Information Exchange Team (IET) is a crucial component of our organization's efforts to ensure effective delivery of interstate information sharing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IET in managing operational matters, implementing strategic plans and priorities, and providing supervision and oversight.
In this role, you will lead a team of employees by modelling behaviours integral to good people management and departmental values. You will support individuals to achieve their potential while maximising their contribution to achieving goals and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area.
- Effectively supervising and providing leadership to a team of employees.
- Providing advice and reasoned recommendations to internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
